In 2003, several like-minded producers joined forces to construct the Triumph Foods harvest and processing facility in St. Joseph, Missouri. The harvest facility began operation in January of 2006, and currently employs 2,800 dedicated employees. The state-of-the-art facility processes in excess of 6 million hogs annually and supplies pork products to some of the highest quality food distributors and producers in the world. This producer-owned harvest facility provides pork products both domestically and internationally. Triumph Foods is a proud leader in the pork industry.
