In 2004, several like-minded producers joined forces to construct the Triumph Foods harvest and processing facility in St. Joseph, Missouri. The harvest facility began operation in January of 2006, and currently employs 2,800 dedicated employees. The state-of-the-art facility processes over 6 million hogs annually and supplies pork products to the United States and exports products to over 20 other countries. This producer-owned harvest facility prides itself on processing high quality pork and selling their pork products both domestically and internationally.
